NOTICE TO RESIDENTS: the Majestic Woods Development WILL NOT BE ON the November 26, 2024 Planning Commission Meeting Agenda.
Meeting will be held in the Board Room of the Administration Building, located in the Municipal Complex.
The South Park Township Planning Commission may take action on the following items at their regular meeting.
1. FOXLANE HOMES AT PITTSBURGH LLC – CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION
Consider recommendation for a conditional use application to Zoning Ordinance #556, Article V, Section 501-B.1g for the Purpose of establishing a Planned Residential Development, also being subject to Article XVIII, for property located at 3501 Brownsville Road (866-R-250) in an R-2 Zoning District.
2. SUNSET GOLF PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT (PRD) – TENTATIVE APPROVAL
Consider tentative approval for a planned residential development as submitted by Sheffler & Company Inc. on behalf of Foxlane Homes Pittsburgh to be located at 3501 Brownsville Road (886-R-250) and being subject to Article XVIII of The Township of South Park Zoning Ordinance.
