SP Library: Integrated Yoga (Virtual)

Start or continue your yoga journey with classes through South Park Library. We will integrate yoga flow with gentler hatha yoga and pose work; connecting our breath with movement to increase flexibility and strength as well as body awareness. Join us and you will soon discover a new you both on and off the mat.
For the winter (until March), the library will be offering virtual yoga classes with Tammy every Tuesday night at 7:00pm. The cost for the virtual classes is $20 for the month of December ($5 per class). You can stop by the library with cash or a check or send a check to 2575 Brownsville Road, South Park PA 15129. Please mark your check/envelope Tuesday yoga and make sure you include your email address so that the Library can make sure you get the Zoom invitation.
Payment is due by 12/4/23. Registration for January’s classes will start in late December.
New participants are required to sign a liability waiver.
