The Village of Volente has rescheduled the Halloween Trunk or Treat and Hayride to TUESDAY October 31st. 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. Tell your friends and neighbors - all are welcome. We hope that even if you have plans you can stop by. Temperatures may be a bit cooler than we have been used to so bring a blanket and dress warm.
The Trunk or Treat will be open from 4:30 to 6:00 so be sure to bring your costumed kids to collect treats from community members who will have their vehicles or tables well stocked. I anyone is interested in being one of the "trunks" please call the Village offices to get a slot.
Hayrides are scheduled to leave from the Volente Fire Department and Community Center at 4:40 and again at 5:15. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Waivers (see attachment) are required and will be available at the event as well.
