The annual tradition of Trick or Treat will be observed in Ingram Borough on Saturday, October 28, 2023, between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm with a Costume Contest at 1:00 pm at the Borough Building followed by a parade at 1:30 pm. (flyer attached)
The Ingram Borough Police Department will patrol Borough streets to monitor traffic to keep participants as safe as possible.
