Construction blasting will occur in the area of 3895 Bear Road in Manchester Township. This will begin on October 2, 2023 and will continue for the next two to three months. The blasting will occur between the hours of 10AM and 2PM Monday through Friday. Traffic restrictions will be in place on I83 and Canal Road Extended.
