Planning Commission Meeting
Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held by the New Freedom Planning Commission on September 18, 6:00PM at the New Freedom Borough Municipal Office, 49 E. High Street, New Freedom, Pennsylvania when and where all interested persons may appear and be heard regarding the following:
P.C. Case No. 07-23: Application by Anne Marie McGlaughlin. The applicant is requesting a Variance of §225-501.F, to allow a pig as a family pet at 24 S Charles St, New Freedom, PA. The property is located in the Traditional Neighborhood District.
P.C. Case No. 08-23: Application by VFW Post #7012 for approval of the VFW @ Wethersfield Park Preliminary/Final Land Development Plan. The property is located in the Rural Residential District.
Examination of the above applications may be made at the New Freedom Borough Municipal Building at 49 E. High Street, New Freedom, PA 17349 during regular business hours (Monday – Friday; 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM).
