Teens! Do you have a passion for video games or gaming? Teens going into grades 7-12 are invited to join South Park Library's Teen Gaming Club - Creating Club Logo" program.
For the first event of our newly formed Teen Gaming Club, you will work together to design and create a logo to represent the Teen Gaming Club using iPads.
All materials featured for Teen Gaming Club are provided by the Video Game Clubs of America (VGCUSA) as part of the PA Gaming Club Grant. This year-long grant will help our library create a safe and welcoming space where all members will learn useful S.T.E.A.M. skills as well as collaboration and social skills through the medium of gaming.
Each month, South Park Township Library will host a S.T.E.A.M. event on Saturday where Teen Gaming Club members will engage in hands-on learning about specific aspects related to gaming which includes console and computer games, as well as board, table, and card games.
