Farmers Market Voucher Open House on Thursday June 29th. The Westmoreland County Area Agency on Aging will be at the West Newton Senior Center from 9:00am to 12:00pm to process farmers market vouchers for 2023. Eligible seniors will receive five $10.00 vouchers (a total of $50 in vouchers) to purchase produce grown in Pennsylvania. This is more than double last years amount. Support local farming in Pennsylvania and give your checkbook a much needed break. Any eligible Westmoreland County resident is able to sign up at the West Newton Senior Center the morning of 06/29.
