On Thursday, May 25 at 7 p.m., retired Colonel Joel Dickson, who served 26 years in Army and ten years at working in state correctional institutes, will present an interesting insider’s view of the now-closed Western Penitentiary.
This presentation tells the story of the prison as a self-sustaining environment, a “city within the city.”
