Learn from Dr. Georgia M. Bedford as she discusses the philosophy and culture of debate, that argument has the potential to educate and emancipate by providing forums for students and the general public to sharpen critical thinking, deepen understanding of timely social, political, and cultural issues, and learn how to engage in conversations about hard questions.
While this virtual event, sponsored by the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh will stream Live via Zoom, our library is offering it as an In-person program at BAPL. Enjoy the program with us, participate with the live Q & A period, without needing to secure
