The Municipality of Penn Hills will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 09, 2023, at 7:00 PM, to discuss the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) and the HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Programs. This information will be utilized by the Municipality for the preparation of the FY 2023 Annual Action Plan.
