Announcing the First Annual Chilly Dog 5K sponsored by The Rail Trail Towns Business Network!
Description: Hop on the North Central Rail Road Train at 10:00 AM on March 4, 2023 located in the heart of New Freedom, PA. Then enjoy a train ride north with stops at 1 mile for fun/walkers, then at 3.1 miles for racers. All head back on foot to New Freedom finish line at the train station.
Date: March 4, 2023
Entrance Fee: $25, includes a Hot Dog 5K t-shirt, hot dog, hot chocolate, and one raffle ticket.
Trophies: Top 3 best times in male and female categories
The Chilly Dog 5K is sponsoring a fund raiser benefitting the North Central Railroad. Raffle tickets can be purchased at Scissors Hair and Barber, New Freedom Roasting Company, and Freedom Fitness and Training in New Freedom.
Raffle prizes include Quarter Cow from Blue Dog Farms, Beef Sticks from Blue Dog Farms, Crabs from Captain Bob's, and Baskets from Local Businesses.
