Mobile Health of Evangelical is providing free health screenings.
Location: Footprints Food Pantry, 71 Bower Street Extension, Montgomery, PA 17752
Included Screenings: blood pressure, blood glucose, bone density heel scans* and lipid point of care.
(*Qualifications must be met for the bone density heel scan screening.)
For blood glucose testing, a 12 hour fast is recommended. No food or drink, except water.
