Saturday October 29, 2022 rain or shine! Costume contest at Borough Building from 1:00 to 1:30 then parade to Ingram Avenue with trick or treating to follow from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. More information available on the Ingram Borough website at Ingramborough.org.
