North Franklin will hold Trick-or-Treat on Monday, October 31 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Please turn porch lights on and consider sitting outside if your household is participating.
Children are excited on Halloween and may move in unpredictable ways, so we ask that drivers slow down, be especially alert in residential neighborhoods, and take extra time to look for kids at intersections, on medians and on curbs.
Lets work together to make this a fun evening for all of our children!
