Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held by the New Freedom Planning Commission on August 22, 2022, 6:00 PM at the New Freedom Borough Municipal Office, 49 E. High Street, New Freedom, Pennsylvania when and where all interested persons may appear and be heard regarding the following:
Z.H. Case No. 02-22: Application by Zohan, LLC. The applicant is requesting a variance of §225-803.B.2 & attachment #1, to allow a second sign on the front building wall of 204 N Constitution Ave, New Freedom, PA. The property is located in the Traditional Neighborhood Zoning District.
Examination of the above application may be made at the New Freedom Borough Municipal Building at 49 E. High Street, New Freedom, PA 17349 during regular business hours (Monday – Friday; 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM).
