Celebrate TeenTober all month long with fun, creative drop‑in crafts! Tweens (ages 10–12) and teens (ages 13–18) are invited to stop by the Teen Area and enjoy a variety of activities including:
Week 1 (Oct 1–10): Yarn Pumpkins
Kick off TeenTober with a cozy fall craft! Make a mini yarn pumpkin that's perfect for decorating your locker, bookshelf, or room.
Week 2 (Oct 12–24): Creepy Crawly Spider Crafts
Continue the spooky fun with two quick crafts: bend and twist your own pipe cleaner spider, then make a silly pop‑up spider Jack in the Box for a playful Halloween surprise.
Week 3 (Oct 26–31): Paper Straw Monstrosities
Wrap up the month with colorful paper straw monsters and simple paper straw bats. Whether you make them goofy or creepy, they’re perfect for Halloween week.
