Protecting Seniors Online: Think Before You Click FREE Webinar
The Pennsylvania Office of Homeland Security is partnering with the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office to offer a free webinar entitled “Protecting Seniors Online: Think Before You Click” on September 9, 2026, from 1 PM to 4 PM. This webinar is designed to help educate and empower Pennsylvania’s seniors with the knowledge and tools they need to stay safe and connected online.
We are excited to announce that Attorney General Dave Sunday will be our keynote speaker. Other speakers will include David Shallcross of the Senior Protection Unit, Mary Bach, Consumer Issues Task Force Chair of AARP PA, Rick Cimakasky, representing the PA Bankers Association and VP Bank Fraud & Security Officer with Penn Community Bank and former FBI Special Agent, and the Pennsylvania State Police.
This informative session is designed for older adults, caregivers, family members, and anyone who supports seniors, and will provide practical tips for recognizing online threats, protecting against financial scams, safeguarding personal information, and knowing what steps to take if you or a loved one becomes the victim of fraud.
