Notice is hereby given that the Mayor and Council of the Municipality of Penn Hills will hold a Special Voting Meeting on August 31, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Penn Hills Municipal Building, located at 102 Duff Road, Penn Hills, Pennsylvania 15235.
The purpose of the meeting is to consider and possibly take action on the following matters:
1. Ratification of a new Memorandum of Agreement with the Penn Hills Police Advisory Board for a four-year extension of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, expiring December 31, 2030; and
2. Ratification of a Memorandum of Agreement with the Federation of Adult School Crossing Guards, AFSCME Council 13, for a three-year extension of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, expiring December 31, 2029.
No other business will be considered.
