The Upper Allen Township Bird Town Committee is a volunteer group dedicated to promoting bird conservation, environmental stewardship, and wildlife habitat enhancement throughout the Township. The Committee typically meets monthly on the second Wednesday of the month at 8:00 a.m. at the Township Municipal Building, 100 Gettysburg Pike, Mechanicsburg. Meetings may also be attended virtually via Zoom.
The Committee works with Township staff, community organizations, and residents to advance bird-friendly initiatives through education, outreach, and conservation efforts. For more information, email birdtown@uatwp.org. The Committee's next meeting is scheduled for August 12, 2026, at 8:00 a.m
