Children are invited to join us for a Summer Reading Kick-Off Party at the Community Center on Thursday, June 18th from 4:30 pm - 7:00 pm.
This year’s theme is Unearth a Story, and what better way to begin than by digging into the world of Toy Story. Get ready to bring Toy Story to life with some very special guests.
Everyone attending will receive a Summer Reading bag filled with tools for a successful summer. Inside, you’ll find your Summer Reading Log with stickers to track your progress, an Unearth a Story tattoo, and a ticket to claim a free book.
The fun continues with our sand table excavation, where kids can dig to uncover either a dinosaur or an army guy - perfect for our Unearth a Story theme. And don’t forget to stop by and make your own Little Bo Peep Trail Mix before you go.
Plus, one lucky participant will win a grand prize during the Kick-Off Party.
PLEASE NOTE that Caregivers will need to sign their child up for a time slot so that everyone will be able to participate and can receive a Summer Reading bag.
