Notice is hereby given that the Porter Redevelopment Commission (the Redevelopment Commission) will meet in an Executive Session on Monday, May 18, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Porter Town Hall, 303 Franklin Street, Porter, IN 46304.
This Executive Session is being conducted by the Redevelopment Commission for the purpose of discussing strategy with respect to a real property transaction pursuant to Indiana Code ยง 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(d)(I).
No final action will be taken at said Executive Session and no other subject matter will be discussed.
Executive Sessions are not open to the public.
