Adults are invited to join South Park Library for a morning of fresh air and exploration as we kick off our Summer Reading program! We’re taking the library outdoors with our favorite local guide Sue Flaherty.
Every leaf, rock, and winding path has a history. On this guided hike, we’ll observe the natural world up close, "unearthing" the quiet stories of the plants, wildlife, and geology that make our region unique. It’s the perfect way to enjoy a Saturday in June while connecting with fellow readers and nature enthusiasts.
Please wear tennis or hiking shoes. Don’t forget your bug spray and water! This hike is easy to moderate with some hills and uneven terrain.
