NOTICE OF CONDITIONAL USE HEARING
At the request of Elmer L. & Anna Mae Fisher (“Applicants”), the Board of Supervisors of Washington Township (“Board”) will hold a conditional use hearing on Applicants’ application for a home-based business, referred to as a “Quick Exchange” which will consist mostly of pickup of product orders with < 300 SF showroom containing baby clothes at 1065 Bob Drick Road, Allenwood (Washington Township), PA, known as Lycoming County Tax Parcel No. 57-450-113. The Board will hold the hearing on May 4, 2026, beginning at 5 p.m., at the Township Building, 15973 South State Route 44 Highway, Allenwood (Washington Township), PA. The Board may take action on Applicants’ application following the hearing. A copy of Applicants’ application is on file at the Township Building and may be viewed during regular business hours or by appointment by calling (570) 547-6893.
