Visit with the University of Pittsburgh’s Communication Van on the first Thursday of every month to receive FREE hearing testing!
Communication Van staff will help you with:
1. HEARING SCREENINGS: staff will perform a 5 minute hearing screening to determine if you have hearing loss
2. HEARING TESTS: If you do not pass the hearing screening, staff will offer to preform a comprehensive hearing test which will determine the type and severity of your hearing loss
3. HEARING AIDS: The Communication Van offers FREE hearing aids to those who need them
4. FOLLOW UP CARE: Hearing aids sometimes break, need adjustments, and need professional cleaning.
