Join the Substance Use & Behavioral Health Program for a FREE learning event on cannabis legalization and what it means for families, youth, and community well-being. Attendees will learn safety, regulations, and risks—how to recognize warning signs, and how to talk with youth to build practical strategies for prevention and resilience.
