Medication Take Back Day is Saturday, April 25, 2026 from 10 am - 2 pm! This year’s Take Back event will feature 48 public collection sites throughout the county. Simply walk or drive up and drop in any unused, unneeded or expired medications for safe disposal.
Borough residents can drop off their medications at the Langhorne Borough Police Department on the 2nd floor. Please note that sharps are not accepted.
If you can't make it, don't worry! There is a drop box outside the Police Department that is open year-round for medication drop-offs.
