How to Get Clean Energy, and even some Money, from Duquesne Light
Most people in Forest Hills aren’t aware of Duquesne Light’s rebate programs for energy efficiency. Most of us also aren’t aware of DLC’s demand response programs for residential customers and EV owners, which result in the utility paying customers modest amounts of money.
What are these programs? Why do they exist? How do they, counterintuitively, save the utility money?
In this workshop, led by energy policy professional and Forest Hills Environmental Advisory Council Member Tom Pike, we will go over how to subscribe to a clean energy provider, and how to make some cuts to your home’s electricity bill.
