The Board of Commissioners is the elected governing body of Lower Swatara Township. The Board establishes Township policies, adopts ordinances and resolutions, approves budgets, and oversees municipal departments and services. Most major Township decisions, such as public projects, contracts, and community initiatives, are considered and approved at these meetings.
