Gentle, effective, fun, non-competitive, health exercises and guidance. Routine is designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion. Hand weights, tubing, etc. are used in various seated, standing, and floor positions.

The cost is $4.50 per class. Each class meets in the Community Center. Contact Fran at 412-835-1151 for more information!
