The Borough of Edinboro Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a hearing on
Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 6:00 pm in the Council Chambers of the Edinboro
Municipal Building located at 124 Meadville Street, Edinboro, PA to consider the
following appeal:
Appeal: Gretchen & Shane Wills, Owners of 112 Maple Dr (11-011-037.0-010.00) are
requesting relief to exceed maximum lot coverage (30%) by 10.6 % for R-1 to install a
concrete driveway on a legally non-conforming lot. Also, to be granted relief to not attach
an existing garage that was previously permitted to be attached with a breezeway in the
front yard.
27-301-1. Accessory buildings may be placed in the rear yard but shall be at least five feet
from the rear and side lot lines.
All interested parties are encouraged to attend this public hearing and provide
