NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
PARADISE TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION
TAKE NOTICE, that the Paradise Township Planning Commission will hold a special public meeting on Monday, January 26, 2026, at 5:30 p.m., at the Paradise Township Municipal Building, 5912 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco, Pennsylvania 18326, to review, discuss, and make recommendations on a draft Data Center Ordinance and several amendments to existing Ordinances which are incorporated into the Data Center Ordinance, to wit: amendments to §131-34. Buffer Requirements; §160-19.B. Nuisance control (sound levels); §160-19.E. Nuisance control (vibration studies); and §151, et seq., Water conservation, and conduct any other business which may come before the Planning Commission. The proposed draft Data Center Ordinance and Ordinance amendments can be reviewed at the Paradise Township Municipal Building. Copies of the full text of the proposed draft Data Center Ordinance and Ordinance amendments can be purchased at the Township for the actual cost of reproduction during regular business hours. Copies of the above-referenced draft Ordinance and amendments are also available on the Township’s Website: www.paradisetownship.com.
