The Covington Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at 6:30 pm in the municipal office, 20 Moffat Drive, Covington Township, PA 18444 to address the application received from Amazon.com Services, LLC to request a change in zoning district for property located at 298 First Avenue, Covington Township, PA. The application requests zoning map amendment to return portion of property to M-1 district consistent with balance of property and existing/previously approved development. The application is available for review at the township office. All interested parties are invited to attend. A vote on the ordinance may take place at the conclusion of the hearing.
