ACTION ITEM: Strategic Planning – FY-26 Budget
Recent Strategic Budget Allocations were based on an anticipated available
budget of $1,017,293.74 to be used on projects. This amount was calculated in
error, and the correct amount available is a much reduced $437,576.30. The Board
will need to either allocate this reduced amount proportionately to our earlier
categories or prioritize allocations. See attachments of our earlier allocations and
also a list of our previously identified funding priorities.
