NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Village of Tannersville
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board of the Village of Tannersville will hold a public hearing on December 18, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Village Hall, 1 Park Lane (5974 Main Street), Tannersville, New York to hear all from all persons interested in a proposed amendment to Local Law No. 1 of 2019, entitled, “Sewer Use Law, Applicable to the Sewer Service Area Served by the Tannersville Wastewater Treatment Plant, In the Village of Tannersville” (hereinafter, the “Sewer Use Law”). The proposed local law would amend Section 201 of the Sewer Use Law to add new definitions, amend Sections 307, 312 and 313 to clarify regulations governing connections to the sewer system, and amend Section 402 A to clarify responsibility for expenses associated with the construction of certain sanitary sewers or extensions. A copy of the proposed Local Law is available for review at the Village Hall and has been posted on the Village of Tannersville website www.tannersvilleny.org. All persons desiring to speak either on behalf of, or in opposition to, said amendment shall be heard either by attending the public hearing or by submitting written comments in advance of the public hearing to the Village Clerk.

Notice is hereby further given that the Village of Tannersville will be holding a regular board meeting at 6:00 PM in the Tannersville Village Hall located at 1 Park Lane (5974 Main Street), Tannersville, NY 12485.
