Finch Development LLC is holding a public meeting to discuss closure options for the Coal Combustion Residuals (CCR) Unit - East Ash Pond Complex - of the former Havana Power Station in accordance with IAC Title 35 Section 845.240. Publicly accessible compliance date and information can be found at https://www.ccrsites.com/havana.
Sessions will be held at the Havana City Center where attendees can ask questions and discuss report findings.
The Public Meeting will be held on Monday, November 24, 2025 at Havana City Center - 326 West Market Street, Havana, IL from 3:15 p.m. to 5:15 p.m.
