Falls are a leading cause of death and disability among seniors. Did you know that in 2023, over 41,000 retirement-age Americans died from falls, accounting for about one in every 56 deaths in the age group. The death rate from falls increases with age, with more than half of those deaths occurring in people 85 and older. This presentation will teach you how to prevent falls as you age. It is VERY empowering!
