Zoning Hearing
Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held by the New Freedom Zoning Hearing Board on Monday, August 25, 2025 @ 6:00 PM at the New Freedom Borough Municipal Office, 49 E. High Street, New Freedom, Pennsylvania when and where all interested persons may appear and be heard regarding the following:
Z.H. Case No. 02-25: Application by Burtts Baking Company, LLC at 12 N Second St, for approval of a Variance of §225.307.F.(2). for side set back. The property is located in the Central Business District.
Examination of the above application may be made at the New Freedom Borough Municipal Building at 49 E. High Street, New Freedom, PA 17349 during regular business hours (Monday – Friday; 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM).
