Tuesday, August 5th from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm Borough residents are encouraged to participate in National Night Out, turn on their lights, sit out on their front porch and even have a block party. On that evening, members of the borough’s Police, Fire and Ambulance departments and the Mayor will patrol the streets. The deadline to register for Mayor Frank Porco’s annual Block Party Contest is Monday July 28th. The Mayor will judge and decide the winner by 9:30 pm on August 5th.
