🍂 HARRISVILLE COMMUNITY PARK – OFF-SEASON REMINDER 🍂
Just a reminder that Harrisville Community Park is now operating in OFF-SEASON MODE through the winter months until spring.
As part of our seasonal preparations:
- Picnic tables have been put away.
- Most of the trash cans have been removed.
- Water service to the park and restrooms has been shut off.
- One restroom will remain available; however, it is non-flushable, and supplies may be limited.
- There is no winter maintenance provided in the park during the off-season. This includes snow and ice removal from the park parking areas, sidewalks, and walking trail.
Visitors are reminded to use caution when visiting the park during the winter months. Walking trail, parking areas, and other park facilities may be snow-covered, icy, or otherwise hazardous.
The park remains open for visitors to enjoy, weather permitting, but please plan accordingly.
We appreciate everyone's understanding and cooperation as we prepare the park for the winter season. We look forward to welcoming everyone back to full park operations in the spring!
Thank you for enjoying and helping care for Harrisville Community Park! 🌳
