Description
The township's Public Works department will begin leaf collection this week and finish collection in mid December. As a reminder, please observe the following:
- Rake your leaves to the curb. DO NOT put leaves in bags or in your regular garbage
- No grass clippings or sticks
- DO NOT place boards, wood, bricks, etc.. on the leaves. These items will cause extension damage to the leaf collection equipment which will result in delays and costly repairs.
Leaves are not picked up according to a specific schedule due to unknown factors such as volume of leaves and uncertainty of weather conditions. The Public Works department will make several rounds through each neighborhood and area.
If you have questions, please contact the township at 717-764-4646.
We appreciate your cooperation and patience.
