Description
The Wesleyville Borough Police Department is proud to announce another significant capital investment in our community!
Through the continued cooperation and support of State Representative Bob Merski’s Office, Wesleyville Borough, and the Wesleyville Borough Police Department, we are pleased to announce that another brand-new police cruiser has officially been placed into service, made possible through state grant funding!
This latest addition allows us to continue our ongoing fleet replacement program without impacting the Borough's general fund budget.
This marks the FIFTH police cruiser since 2022 that has been purchased or donated without the use of Borough general fund dollars!
Our fleet replacement program is a critical investment in the safety of our officers and the residents we serve. Through a combination of private contributions and funding from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, we have been able to modernize our fleet while remaining fiscally responsible to the taxpayers of Wesleyville Borough.
More importantly, these partnerships demonstrate our continued commitment to bringing outside funding and valuable resources back into our community, ensuring that our officers have the equipment necessary to serve and protect our residents effectively.
We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Representative Bob Merski and his office, our Borough officials, and the private supporters who have helped make these investments possible.
Investing in public safety. Protecting our taxpayers. Building a stronger Wesleyville.
