🍂 **COOLBAUGH TOWNSHIP FALL LEAF COLLECTION REMINDER** 🍁
Coolbaugh Township would like to remind residents to properly place their leaves for collection to help ensure a safe and efficient pickup process.
🚛 **PROPER LEAF PLACEMENT:**
🍁 Leaves should be placed in piles **along the edge of your property, adjacent to the roadway**, where Township collection equipment can safely reach them.
🛑 DO NOT PLACE LEAVES IN THE ROADWAY! Leaves should never be placed in the middle of the road or within travel lanes. This creates potential traffic hazards and can cause leaves to scatter onto neighboring properties as vehicles pass.
🍁 Please avoid placing leaves in drainage ditches, near storm drains, or in locations that could obstruct the flow of stormwater.
🍁 Keep leaf piles free of branches, rocks, trash, and other debris that could damage collection equipment.
Proper leaf placement helps keep our roads safe, prevents unnecessary cleanup for neighboring properties, and allows our DPW crews to collect leaves more efficiently.
