Description
It's fall Y'all and leaf pick-up has begun! The Public Works Department will be collecting leaves from now until December 4th, 2026, weather permitting of course. As always, the leaf crew will work from one end of the Borough to the other end and continue making rounds until the cutoff date.
Leaves should be placed as close to the curb as possible.
Residents residing on Market Street and Hastings Street, as well as West Southern Avenue from Market Street to Riverside Drive, and Riverside Drive to the Borough line should bag their leaves and a public works employee will be by to pickup the bags.
Don't forget, this is leaf collection only! Please no branches, sticks, grass clippings or other brush.
Thank you and happy leaf season!
