Description
The southbound exit ramp at Exit 28 is planned to be shut down the from Friday, October 23rd, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. through Monday, October 26th, 2026 at 6:00 a.m., weather permitting, for pavement work. If weather does not permit paving during this timeframe, the backup shutdown date will be Friday, October 30th at 6:00 p.m. through Monday, November 2nd at 6:00 a.m.. Traffic will be diverted to the I-83 southbound Exit 24 ramp at Church Road in Manchester Township. The overpass crossing, North Susquehanna Trail, will remain open during the ramp shut down.
