🚨 WATER SYSTEM & FIRE HYDRANT FLUSHING NOTICE 💧
The Schuylkill Haven Borough Water Department will be flushing the water distribution system and fire hydrants on Monday, October 26, through Wednesday, October 28, 2026.
📅 Flushing Schedule:
🔹 Monday, October 26: Schuylkill Haven Borough — east of the Schuylkill River
🔹 Tuesday, October 27: Schuylkill Haven Borough, Cressona Borough, and North Manheim Township — west of the Schuylkill River
🔹 Wednesday, October 28: North Manheim Township — north and south of Schuylkill Haven
⏰ Time: 8:00 AM until approximately 3:00 PM each day, or until flushing is complete.
💧 What Residents Should Know:
- Low water pressure and cloudy water may occur during flushing.
- If your water appears cloudy, run your cold water until it runs clear.
- If the cloudy water persists, please contact Borough Hall at 570-385-2841
