BOIL WATER NOTICE
Please be advised that residents on the Village of Tannersville Water System are advised to boil their water prior to consumption until further notice due to water main work in the following areas:
CCC Park Road
Spruce Street
Quarry Road
Prospect Street (Trailhead Village)
Platte Clove Road
Philadelphia Hill/Browns Wood Road
Elka Park Road
This notice is being issued as a precaution to help protect public health while the water system is re-pressurized.
Bacteriological testing has begun.
This Boil Water Notice will be in effect until further notice.
Hydrants are also being flushed to restore pressure. Water may be discolored and unsuitable for laundry. Hydrants may need to be flushed to clear up discoloration if necessary. A subsequent notice will be posted.
