Description
Dover Township was notified today by E.K. Services that construction is scheduled to begin next week, during the week of October 19, 2026.
E.K. Services was awarded the contract to install a new 12-inch ductile iron water main and new 3/4-inch copper service lines. The project is anticipated to take approximately six months to complete, with final paving scheduled for spring 2027.
During daytime construction hours, motorists and residents should expect temporary road closures, traffic restrictions, and delays within the project area. Please use caution when traveling through active construction zones and allow additional travel time when necessary.
Dover Township appreciates the public's patience and cooperation while this important infrastructure improvement is completed.
