Description
New Mexico taxpayers impacted by September flooding may qualify for extended tax deadlines. The New Mexico Taxation and Revenue Department is also waiving penalties and interest on qualifying extended deadlines.
Depending on the tax type, new due dates have been extended to January 15 or January 25, 2027.
Taxpayers must request the disaster relief extension by submitting Form TRD-41432. Additional information and forms are available at tax.newmexico.gov.
