The National Weather Service in Ruskin has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
Western Levy County in northern Florida...

* Until 1100 PM EDT.

* At 1013 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 8 miles south of Horseshoe Point to 15 miles south
of Cedar Key, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
Chiefland, Fanning Springs, Cedar Key, Otter Creek, Fowlers Bluff,
Andrews, Manatee Springs State Park, and Manattee Road.

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into a
small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
